1. Information about the collection of personal data

1.3. We process personal data that we receive from you in your capacity as an authorized representative of a legal entity (prospective customer and / or customer). When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form or other means, we will collect the information you have provided to answer your questions. 4. Data provision duty

In the context of our business relationship with the legal entity you represent to us, you must provide us with the personal information necessary to carry out our work and in particular to fulfill the related contractual obligations to which we are required by law. Without these data, we we may not be able to provide you with our services.

5. Purpose of processing and legal basis

We process the aforementioned personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR:

5.1. On the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1a) GDPR) Insofar as you have given us consent to the processing of personal data for specific purposes (e.g. disclosure of data to us or our sister companies), the legality of such processing is based on your consent. A given consent can be revoked at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent that were given to us before the validity of the EU GDPR, i.e. before 25 May 2018. 8. Duration of data storage
